Your privacy

Choose your cookie preferences

Essential cookies keep AgroForest Designer working. If you agree, our first-party analytics records pseudonymous visits and coarse website and planner actions so we can improve the service and understand campaign trends. Reports cover consenting, tracked visitors—not everyone who uses the site. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days.

Your browser privacy signal keeps optional analytics disabled.

Required for core features such as security, sign-in, forms, and saving your privacy preferences. We store this versioned choice in the browser's local storage for up to 180 days. When analytics is allowed, the secure host-only __Host-afd_analytics_consent cookie stores only the fixed value v2-granted for up to 180 days. It is not an account or visitor identifier.

Provider and purpose: AgroForest Designer operates first-party analytics on its own application infrastructure to measure visits, product actions, planner use, and campaign effectiveness.

Data: We use random HttpOnly visitor and session identifiers, a sanitized route label, fixed event names, and allowlisted coarse values such as device category. A valid opaque campaign UUID may be attached to the landing event. We do not send raw URLs, query strings, referrers, share tokens, account details, free text, exact coordinates, IP addresses, or full browser strings into the analytics event store.

Campaign links: Campaign redirects may add an identifier-free aggregate click. With analytics consent, the landing visit and later conversion can also be attributed to that campaign for up to 30 days.

Retention and choice: Raw analytics events and sessions are kept for up to 90 days. Campaign attribution remains eligible for 30 days; its pseudonymous reference can remain for up to 38 days solely to complete late-event aggregates. Daily aggregates are kept for up to 24 months. The analytics identifier and this preference expire after no more than 180 days. You can withdraw consent at any time; we then stop collection and ask the server to erase its HttpOnly analytics identifiers.

Privacy signal detected: Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is active, so analytics remains disabled.

Temporary dual measurement: During migration, the same sanitized events may also be sent to Google Analytics 4 after consent. Google may process them outside the EEA under its published transfer safeguards.
