Description

Fruit: both raw and cooked edible, although it is very sour. Excessive consumption of the raw fruit can cause stomach issues. It can be used to make delicious jam with a slight sourness. The fruit is also dried and used as flour, mixed with grain. The fruit has a diameter of about 7.5 mm and grows in large clusters, making harvesting easier. Leaves and flowers are used as a tea substitute.
