Description

The fruit of this plant can be eaten both raw and cooked, and is often used in pies, jams, and other dishes. It can also be dried and ground into flour, which can be used in pancakes and more. This fruit is particularly rich in vitamin C, with a content between 1058 and 1130 mg per 100g, making it a healthy addition to the diet. The fruit is elongated, up to 6 cm long, but contains many seeds with a thin layer of pulp around them. Caution is advised when eating this fruit due to potential hazards, as previously explained.
