Description

Leaves can be eaten both raw and cooked. The young spring shoots can be finely chopped and added to salads. Due to their strong flavor, it is advisable to use them sparingly or mix them with other leafy greens. Carrots can be eaten raw and are especially suitable for consumption in the spring.
