Description

Young leaves can be eaten both raw and cooked. They are suitable for salads, can be mixed with other leaves, and used as a seasoning in dishes. Additionally, the leaves can be dried for later use. They are an excellent source of vitamin A. The flowers can be used to make a tasty herbal tea.
