Fruit - whether raw, cooked, or preserved, has a somewhat sour and sweet aroma. You can eat them fresh or use them in pies, sauces, jellies, and so on. Seeds - these can be cooked. They have a pleasant flavor, but be careful, as the seeds can sometimes be bitter. Please see the instructions at the top of the page.
