Description

Leaves - raw. These leaves are used in salads and have a strong cress flavor. They are spicy and resemble arugula, but with an even stronger flavor. The leaves make a great addition to mixed salads, but are too intense to be used in large quantities on their own. The plant is very productive and provides leaves from early spring to fall.
