Description

Raw fruit - It has a sweet but mild flavor. Our taste buds experience it as delicate and beautiful. The fruit resembles a bright blue pod or bean and can grow up to 10 cm long. Removing the skin is done in a similar way to shelling a bean, revealing a row of seeds that runs the entire length of the fruit, surrounded by a thin layer of pulp.
