Description

Hazelnuts are roasted and often used in bread, cakes, cookies, and candies. They are also delicious to eat raw and can even be processed into plant-based milk. These seeds are rich in oil and mature in the middle to late autumn. To protect them from squirrels, it is wise to store them properly in a cool place, without their shells. This way, the seeds remain good for at least 12 months. A clear yellow edible oil is extracted from the seeds, which is perfect for salad dressings, baking, and more.
