Description
Fruit: edible both raw and cooked. The fruit is juicy but has a sour taste, which is best after frost. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and a good alternative to cranberries. They are often used in jam. The fruits have a diameter of about 8 mm and typically contain a large seed.
