Description
Leaves can be eaten both raw and cooked, similar to a type of vegetable. They are used as a flavor enhancer in salads or warm dishes. The leaves have a taste that resembles green mint but are considered to be more flavorful. However, due to their hairiness, they are less suitable as a garnish. The leaves can also be used to make a delicious herbal tea.
