Description
Fruit - can be consumed raw or cooked. This sweet and juicy fruit, similar to a raspberry, is smaller in size and contains many seeds. It is generally not regarded as particularly tasty fruit, but it is appealing to eat. After flowering, the fruits are surrounded by the calyx until just before they ripen. This protects the fruit from, for example, maggots. The fruits have a diameter of about 20 mm.
