Description
The fruit of this plant can be eaten both raw and cooked. When raw, the fruit is quite large and sweet, but it can also be tasteless. It is said that the fruit develops more flavor when cooked. There are even reports suggesting that the fruit is sour, bitter, and unpleasant when eaten raw, although this does not match the plants we cultivate. The diameter of the fruit is about 30 mm.
